Nestle S.A. agreed to sell its Holistic Health VMS unit to Yellow Wood for $1.0B. The unit had about $1.2B in 2025 sales, and the deal targets an H1 2027 close pending approvals. Nestle also said it is investing in Brazil Nutrition & Health to build an infant formula plant from 2027.
