In currencies, the dollar index is up 0.09 percent, dollar yen is up 0.14 percent, USD/CNH is down 0.01 percent and AUD/USD is up 0.15 percent.
In oil, WTI crude is at 91.82, up 0.57 percent and Brent crude is at 95.76, up 0.25 percent.
Asian volume leaders: Xiaomi up 3.72 percent, SoftBank Group up 10.28 percent, Alibaba up 3.72 percent, Mitsubishi UFJ down 0.32 percent and Meituan up 5.22 percent.
