Shell to buy stakes in BP Gulf of Mexico and Brazil prospects
Shell will acquire a 30% stake in BP’s Conifer exploration prospect in the Gulf of Mexico and a 50% interest in the Tupinamba block in Brazil’s Santos Basin, as shares traded at $92.96.
