CBOT wheat slides as Putin raises prospect of peace talks

Chicago Board of Trade wheat futures tumbled Thursday, retreating from multi-year highs and nearing the lower limit after Russian President Vladimir Putin said there was a chance of a peace agreement to end the war in Ukraine.
