Protector Forsikring issues NOK 350m perpetual restricted Tier 1 bond
Protector Forsikring ASA successfully issued a NOK 350 million Solvency II compliant Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 bond. Pricing was set at 3m NIBOR + 2.25% p.a.; first call is 17 September 2031.
Protector Forsikring ASA, rated A- (Excellent) with a Stable outlook from AM Best, said it has successfully issued a new NOK 350 million Solvency II-compliant perpetual restricted Tier 1 bond. The bond was priced at 3m NIBOR plus 2.25% per annum. The first call option will be on 17 September 2031, five years after settlement.
