ORIX Corporation USA unit ORIX USA’s REIS team-operated subsidiaries acquired three multifamily properties totaling 1,029 units in Texas and Georgia for about $200 million in aggregate value.
ORIX Corporation USA said its Real Estate Investment Strategies team-operated subsidiaries have acquired three multifamily properties in Texas and Georgia with a combined 1,029 units. The transactions have an aggregate value of approximately $200 million.
