MONTRÉAL, Sept. 3, 2026 /CNW/ -- 5N Plus Inc. (TSX:VNP) ("5N+" or "the Company") said it has been selected by the U.S. Department of War to receive a US$7.3 million award to establish domestic production of gallium arsenide components.
The company said the award is part of a broader effort to support domestic supply of materials used in advanced semiconductors.
