Vivakor, Inc. (NASDAQ: VIVK ) on Wednesday disclosed third-quarter guidance for its subsidiary Vivakor Supply & Trading, LLC.

The company projects the subsidiary to generate unaudited revenue of around $270 million for the three months ending September 30, 2026, primarily from recurring physical crude oil marketing programs.

Including Supply & Trading revenue of $40 million in the first half of 2026, the company projects the subsidiary to generate revenue around $313.9 million in the nine months ending September 30, 2026.

The third quarter revenue outlook differs from the annualized commercial activity figures previously announced by the company.

Annualized commercial activity represents the estimated annual value of physical crude oil sales volumes based on current pricing and expected volumes.

In contrast, the approximately $270 million represents management's current estimate of Supply & Trading revenue expected to be recognized during the three months ending September 30, 2026.

This Q3 revenue guidance provides a more direct view of how that activity is expected to translate into our reported financial results.

We believe providing both measures gives investors a clearer understanding of VST's current scale and growth trajectory," said James Ballengee, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vivakor.

Targets $1.5 Billion Annual Platform In July, Vivakor disclosed two new long-term crude oil programs and expanded its announced commercial marketing platform from about $700 million to $1.5 billion in annualized commercial activity.

The two new long-term crude oil marketing programs add approximately $400 million in annualized commercial activity.

They cover recurring purchases and sales of about 500,000 barrels per month.

The expansion follows Vivakor's July 21 announcement that four recurring crude oil transactions had increased the platform to approximately $709 million in annualized activity.
