Asia cash markets finish lower; Nikkei, KOSPI slide most
Asian cash markets closed lower: Nikkei 225 -2.85%, Hang Seng -1.12%, Shanghai Composite -1.13%, KOSPI -3.99%, ASX 200 -1.08%. Asian volume leaders included Xiaomi, Alibaba, Meituan, Mitsubishi UFJ and AIA Group.
Asian cash markets ended lower, with the Nikkei 225 closing down 2.85 percent, the Hang Seng down 1.12 percent, the Shanghai Composite down 1.13 percent, the KOSPI down 3.99 percent and the ASX 200 down 1.08 percent. Among the volume leaders, Xiaomi rose 1.74 percent, Alibaba fell 0.63 percent, Meituan gained 2.48 percent, Mitsubishi UFJ lost 0.43 percent and AIA Group added 0.07 percent.
