Lottomatica to take over Cirsa, Blackstone to be top shareholder
Italian betting firm Lottomatica will take over Spain’s Cirsa to form a combined entity. The companies said the top shareholder will be U.S. private equity firm Blackstone.
Italian betting firm Lottomatica MIL:LTMC will take over Spain's Cirsa BME:CIRSA, creating a combined company with U.S. private equity firm Blackstone NYSE:BX as its top shareholder, the two companies said on Wednesday.
