TML tender offer: prior authorisations obtained for Iveco Group shares
Iveco Group N.V. published, at TML CV Holdings B.V.'s request, a communication regarding TML's voluntary tender offer for all of Iveco Group N.V.'s common shares; prior authorisations have been obtained.
Iveco Group N.V. said it published, at TML CV Holdings B.V.’s request and on TML’s behalf, a press release on the voluntary totalitarian tender offer for all of Iveco Group’s common shares. The release was issued pursuant to Article 36 of the Regulation adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971 of 14.
