US judge lets shale oil antitrust case proceed vs major producers
A federal judge rejected attempts by Diamondback Energy (FANG), Occidental Petroleum (OXY) and other U.S. oil producers to dismiss shale oil antitrust lawsuits alleging output-curbing conspiracy.
