Indonesia set the benchmark price for coal with a heating value of 5,300 kilocalories per kg at $95.05 per metric ton and for the 4,100 kcal grade at $65.06 a ton for the first half of September, an Energy Ministry regulation showed on Tuesday.Both are decreases from the second half of August.
