Sypris unit selected for follow-on contract for classified missile program

New Award Extends Production Scope Sypris Electronics, LLC, a subsidiary of Sypris Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq/GM: SYPR), announced today that it has been selected to fulfill a follow-on contract to provide advanced electronic power supply modules for a classified, mission—critical missile program. This award continues Sypris’ long—standing support of the system’s avionics suite and reinforces the Company’s position as a trusted provider of high—reliability electronics for defense applications. Deliveries under this contract are scheduled to begin in early 2027. Financial terms were not disclosed.
