Asian cash markets finish mixed; Nikkei and Hang Seng down
Asian cash markets ended mixed: Nikkei 225 -0.14%, Hang Seng -0.24%, Shanghai Composite +0.86%, KOSPI +0.46%, and ASX 200 -0.18%. Trading volume leaders were Alibaba up and Meituan up.
Asian cash markets finished mixed: the Nikkei 225 closed down 0.14 percent, the Hang Seng closed down 0.24 percent, the Shanghai Composite closed up 0.86 percent, the KOSPI closed up 0.46 percent and the ASX 200 closed down 0.18 percent.
Asian volume leaders were Alibaba up 0.18 percent, Meituan up 2.06 percent, Xiaomi down 0.5 percent, AIA Group up 0.4 percent and Mitsubishi UFJ up 0.6 percent.
