Ametek completed its previously announced all-cash acquisition of a portfolio of instrumentation businesses from Indicor in a $5 billion transaction.

Navitas Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: NVTS ) acquired Claros, Inc., a power management solutions company, in a transaction valued at up to approximately $232.8 million.
The transaction has been unanimously approved by the boards of directors of both companies and is expected to close before year-end, subject to customary closing conditions, including applicable regulatory approvals.
WSB LLC acquired Foresight Planning & Engineering Services, LLC, an Austin, Texas-based consulting firm.
WSB and Foresight will work together to integrate their services and develop a coordinated go-to-market approach in 2026.
This acquisition further expands WSB’s expertise across transportation planning, geotechnical and structural engineering, scheduling and program management.
