European trade mixed: S&P 500 slightly higher, Nasdaq lower
In Europe, S&P 500 E-mini futures rose 0.01 while Nasdaq 100 E-mini futures fell 0.24. Dow futures gained 0.23 and Russell 2000 futures rose 0.15. EUR/USD slipped 0.08.

In currencies, the dollar index is up 0.01 percent, euro dollar is down 0.08 percent, GBP/USD is down 0.04 percent and EUR/GBP is unchanged at 0 percent.
In oil, WTI crude is at 82.85, down 0.81 percent and Brent crude is at 87.93, down 0.67 percent.
UK volume leaders: Lloyds Banking Group up 0.46 percent, Barclays up 0.13 percent, BP up 0.27 percent, HSBC up 1.09 percent and AstraZeneca up 0.12 percent. continental European volume leaders: Nestle down 0.2 percent, Deutsche Telekom up 0.5 percent, UBS up 0.37 percent, Novartis up 0.16 percent and SAP down 0.45 percent.
