In oil, WTI crude is at 83.35, down 0.22 percent and Brent crude is at 88.36, down 0.18 percent.
Asian volume leaders: Xiaomi down 3.44 percent, Alibaba down 0.94 percent, Meituan down 0.7 percent, AIA Group up 0.61 percent and Tencent up 0.54 percent.
