US futures higher: S&P 500 and Nasdaq up; WTI rises
US index futures were higher: S&P 500 up 0.82, Nasdaq 100 up 1.29, Dow up 0.38 and Russell 2000 up 0.44. EUR/USD and the dollar index each fell 0.03; WTI rose 0.71 to 82.81.

In currencies, the dollar index is down 0.03 percent, euro dollar is down 0.03 percent, dollar yen is up 0.03 percent and GBP/USD is down 0.01 percent.
In oil, WTI crude is at 82.81, up 0.71 percent and Brent crude is at 87.72, up 0.9 percent.
