What’s fueling PURR momentum? Hyperliquid Raises $647M, Doubles HYPE Treasury, Zero Debt Hyperliquid raised $647 million in equity capital through a committed equity facility and increased its HYPE token treasury from an initial 12.5 million to 29.3 million tokens.
The company said it built a “fortress balance sheet” with $149.9 million in cash and cash-like instruments and zero debt.
Hyperliquid Strategies also launched the Hyperliquid Strategies x Unit validator, now the third-largest validator on the Hyperliquid network.
Total assets stood at $2.06 billion as of June 30. “This was the year we built the platform,” said David Schamis, CEO of Hyperliquid Strategies. “We more than doubled our HYPE treasury, jointly launched a validator that has quickly become one of the largest on the network and completed the exit from our legacy biotech operations.
