Asia cash markets finish mixed: Shanghai Composite up, ASX 200 down
Asian cash markets closed mixed: Nikkei 225 -0.2%, Hang Seng +0.13%, Shanghai Composite +1.73%, KOSPI +1.53% and ASX 200 -1.38%. Volume leaders were Xiaomi down and Meituan down.
Asian cash markets finished mixed: the Nikkei 225 closed down 0.2 percent, the Hang Seng closed up 0.13 percent, the Shanghai Composite closed up 1.73 percent, the KOSPI closed up 1.53 percent and the ASX 200 closed down 1.38 percent.
Asian volume leaders were Xiaomi down 3.51 percent, Alibaba down 0.86 percent, SoftBank Group up 0.72 percent, Mitsubishi UFJ up 0.81 percent and Meituan down 1.02 percent.
