Cre8 Enterprise gains on record customer base, backlog

Cre8 Enterprise shares rose Wednesday after the company said its customer base and project backlog reached record levels in the first half of 2026, while citing stronger regional capital markets activity.

Cre8 Enterprise Limited (NASDAQ: CRE ) stock rose Wednesday after the company said that its customer base and project backlog reached record levels in the first half of 2026.

The Hong Kong financial printing company credited stronger regional capital markets activity for the growth.

Customer Base Expands Cre8 served 550 customers as of June 30, up 17.8% from 467 at the end of 2025.

The total also increased 34.8% from 408 customers a year earlier.

Demand came mainly from initial public offering prospectuses, financial report printing and corporate governance disclosures.

Cre8 serves companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and businesses seeking a listing.

The number of IPO filing submissions to the exchange rose to 64 from 11 a year earlier.

That marked an increase of 482%.

Backlog Supports Outlook "The strong backlog is giving us more confidence in our outlook for the coming years," Chairman and CEO Sze Ting Cho said. "The company already has the demand; now it must build enough capacity to fulfill the customers and collect the money." However, Cre8 did not disclose the value of its backlog or provide revenue and profit figures.

The company said the announcement contained operating information only and did not include financial results.

Cre8 provides financial printing, design, translation, regulatory filing and digital publishing services to companies and IPO applicants in Hong Kong.

CRE Price Action: Cre8 Enterprise shares were up 139.30% at $6.15 at the time of publication on Wednesday, according to Pro data.
