The tenant, a subsidiary of Volta, will configure the entire 121 IT MW facility to run NVIDIA GPUs for an end customer described as a leading AI lab.
Credit backstops totaling approximately $1.3 billion are expected to be arranged by affiliates of two top-tier global financial institutions.
Updates to Align with Earnings Releases Bitdeer said it will transition its infrastructure updates from a monthly cadence to quarterly disclosures issued alongside its financial earnings releases going forward.
Co—Mining Pact with Soluna in Texas Separately, a Bitdeer subsidiary entered into a co-mining agreement with Soluna Holdings, under which Bitdeer will deploy approximately 28 MW of Bitcoin mining equipment, representing about 1.93 EH/s of hash rate, at Soluna’s Project Kati 1 site in South Texas.
Deployment is expected to begin in September 2026, ramping in batches.
Under the arrangement, Soluna provides the site, power, and turnkey operations, while Bitdeer provides and owns its Sealminer A2 Pro Air mining equipment, with the two companies sharing in the mining proceeds generated.
