Asian cash markets finished mixed: the Nikkei 225 closed up 0.62 percent, the Hang Seng closed up 0.59 percent, the Shanghai Composite closed up 0.59 percent, the KOSPI closed up 0.97 percent and the ASX 200 closed down 0.4 percent. Asian volume leaders were Xiaomi up 2.59 percent, Alibaba up 1.84 percent, SoftBank Group up 1.49 percent, Meituan up 1.23 percent and AIA Group down 0.2 percent.
