The Nasdaq is up 0.40% while the S&P 500 has gained 0.14%.
The price action followed developments from a White House summit on cryptocurrency policy held last week.

CLARITY Act, a Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) rally reaching $79,287 and expansion into tokenized stock trading and prediction markets.

The meeting included CFTC Chairman Michael Selig, SEC Chairman Paul Atkins and executives from Coinbase Global Inc. (NASDAQ: COIN ), Robinhood, Ripple and Kalshi.
President Donald Trump reiterated his commitment to U.S. leadership in cryptocurrency and urged Congress to pass the CLARITY Act, legislation intended to establish regulatory standards for digital assets.
Tom Lee’s Avoid Call Sparks Debate Last week the stock drew attention on X following a CNBC panel discussion about Tom Lee, who recently named HOOD as a stock to avoid in 2026.
Lee is the co-founder of Fundstrat Global Advisors and Chairman of Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR ).
Technical Analysis HOOD is trading well above its key trend gauges, sitting 15.8% above the 20-day SMA ($95.16) and 15.1% above the 200-day SMA ($95.76), which keeps the longer-term trend pointed up despite recent chop.
The catch is the shorter-term structure: the 20-day SMA remains below the 50-day SMA ($100.88), a bearish crossover that suggests the stock only recently re-accelerated and still needs time to "repair" the short-term trend stack.
From a levels standpoint, traders will likely watch whether the stock can hold above the psychologically important $100 area (near the 50-day SMA) on any pullback, because that’s where trend buyers often defend.
Upside, the next nearby ceiling is close enough that a fast run can stall if momentum cools.
Key Resistance: $120.50 Key Support: $91.50 HOOD Price Action: Robinhood Markets shares were up 7.68% at $111.58 at the time of publication on Tuesday, according to Pro data.
