In oil, WTI crude is at 84.92, down 0.11 percent and Brent crude is at 91.91, down 0.28 percent.
Asian volume leaders: Alibaba down 8.54 percent, Xiaomi down 4.14 percent, AIA Group down 0.73 percent, Meituan down 2.71 percent and Tencent down 3.72 percent.
