Asian markets close mixed, led lower by KOSPI and Hang Seng
Asian cash markets finished mixed, with the KOSPI down 3.12%, the Hang Seng down 1.98%, the Nikkei 225 down 0.74%, the Shanghai Composite down 0.59% and the ASX 200 up 0.49%.
Asian cash markets finished mixed: the Nikkei 225 closed down 0.74 percent, the Hang Seng closed down 1.98 percent, the Shanghai Composite closed down 0.59 percent, the KOSPI closed down 3.12 percent and the ASX 200 closed up 0.49 percent.
Asian volume leaders were Alibaba down 8.86 percent, Xiaomi down 4 percent, AIA Group down 0.67 percent, Tencent down 3.76 percent and Meituan down 3.29 percent.
