Werewolf Therapeutics to merge with Ambros in stock deal

Werewolf Therapeutics says stockholders would own 6.8% of the combined company, Ambros stockholders 71.7% and private placement investors 21.5%, with closing expected by Q1 2027 subject to approvals.
