Nordson raised its full-year guidance, expecting sales between $3.035 billion and $3.075 billion, and adjusted EPS between $11.8 and $12, citing strong backlog growth and order momentum, especially in the Advanced Technology and Medical segments.
The balance sheet remains robust with a leverage ratio of 1.7 times, supported by strong free cash flow generation of $237 million, allowing for strategic acquisitions and shareholder returns.
Management emphasized ongoing strategic initiatives, including the execution of the ASCEND strategy and the NBS Next Growth Framework, which focus on maximizing growth potential while maintaining high margins.

We welcome you to our conference call today, Thursday, August 20th, to report Nordson's fiscal 2026 third quarter results.
