BNTX BioNTech Highlights Late-Stage Lung Cancer Pipeline Ahead of WCLC 2026 ⠀ • BioNTech will present the first global lung cancer data for pumitamig combined with B7H3-targeting ADC elfetabart drozuntecan from a Phase 1/2 trial in advanced/metastatic NSCLC and SCLC. • The company will also present updated overall survival data from the Phase 3 PRESERVE-003 trial of gotistobart in patients with squamous NSCLC following progression on prior PD-(L)1 therapy. • BioNTech now has 16 ongoing lung cancer trials, including five Phase 3 studies and two novel-novel combination trials, spanning immunomodulators, ADCs and mRNA-based cancer immunotherapies.
