Despite revenue growth, consolidated adjusted EBITDA decreased by 9% due to margin pressures and billing penalties in Peru.

In Mexico, patient volumes grew significantly, particularly in high-complexity areas like oncology, with revenue increasing by 4% and adjusted EBITDA by 3% sequentially.

Peru's revenue growth was supported by new memberships and higher complexity surgeries, though adjusted EBITDA remained flat due to billing penalties and onboarding costs.

Colombia saw a 13% revenue growth, with risk-sharing agreements now covering 24% of revenue, contributing to improved cash conversion and predictability.

The company improved its cash position significantly, with a 181% year-over-year increase in free cash flow, supported by better working capital management.

Auna expects 12% FX-neutral revenue growth for 2026 and adjusted EBITDA growth at the low end of the 10% to 14% guidance range, excluding billing penalties in Peru.

Debt leverage decreased to 3.6 times, with expectations for further improvement by year-end 2026.
