Smith+Nephew says CFO John Rogers informed the Board he intends to leave his CFO role on 30 September and step down from the Board with immediate effect, with a successor search initiated.
SNN Smith+Nephew the global Medical technology company, announces that, following the completion of our first half results, John Rogers informed the Board of his intention to leave his position as Chief Financial Officer on 30 September to take up an external position in the US.
He will step down from the Board with immediate effect; a search has been initiated for his successor.
