SENSEX closes 0.42% lower as losses outweigh gainers
The SENSEX Index fell 327 points, or 0.42%, to close at 76908 on Wednesday, with Power Grid, Bajaj Finance and ITC leading declines.
The SENSEX Index dropped 327 points or 0.42 percent on Wednesday to close at 76908 points.
Losses were led by Power Grid (-1.98%), Bajaj Finance (-1.29%) and ITC (-1.26%).
Offsetting the fall, top gainers were HCL Tech (1.85%), Eternal Limited (1.33%) and Sun Pharmaceuticals (1.27%).
