Toll Brothers Q3 Details Toll Brothers reported quarterly earnings of $2.97 per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.91 by 2.06%, according to Pro data. Quarterly revenue came in at $2.66 billion, which beat the Street estimate of $2.61 billion, but was down from revenue of $2.95 billion in the same period last year. Toll Brothers reported the following third-quarter highlights: Home sales revenues were $2.65 billion compared to $2.88 billion in the third quarter; delivered homes were 2,662 compared to 2,959 in FY 2025’s third quarter. Net signed contract value was $2.52 billion compared to $2.41 billion in the third quarter; contracted homes were 2,508 compared to 2,388. Backlog value was $6.24 billion at third quarter end compared to $6.38 billion at FY 2025’s third quarter end; homes in backlog were 5,312 compared to 5,492. Adjusted home sales gross margin, which excludes interest and inventory write-downs, was 25.6%, compared to FY 2025’s third quarter adjusted home sales gross margin of 27.5%. We exceeded the midpoint of our guidance with $2.65 billion of home sales revenues, delivering 2,662 homes at an average price of $996,400,” said CEO Karl Mistry.
