Dow Jones opens 0.29% lower as McDonald's, UnitedHealth fall

Losses were driven by McDonalds (-1.81%), UnitedHealth (-1.63%) and Microsoft (-1.09%).
Biggest rises came from Cisco Systems (1.49%), Caterpillar (0.70%) and Goldman Sachs (0.31%).
