Asia closes mixed as Nikkei, Hang Seng, Shanghai finish higher
Asian cash markets end mixed: Nikkei 225 +0.74%, Hang Seng +1.47%, Shanghai Composite +1.41%, while ASX 200 falls 0.46%.
Asian cash markets finished mixed: the Nikkei 225 closed up 0.74 percent, the Hang Seng closed up 1.47 percent, the Shanghai Composite closed up 1.41 percent and the ASX 200 closed down 0.46 percent.
Asian volume leaders were Xiaomi up 1.33 percent, Alibaba up 2.34 percent, AIA Group up 4.4 percent, Meituan up 0.75 percent and SoftBank Group up 2.56 percent.
