In currencies, the dollar index is down 0.12%, USD/JPY is down 0.15%, USD/CNH is down 0.02%, and AUD/USD is up 0.14%.
WTI crude is at 82.3, down 0.12%, and Brent crude is at 88.72, up 0.23%.
Asian volume leaders: Xiaomi is up 2.11%, Alibaba is up 2.25%, Samsung Electronics is up 2.43%, Mitsubishi UFJ is down 0.57%, and SoftBank Group is up 1.31%.
