What’s driving HTFL to record levels? Strong Second-Quarter Performance Drives Upward Momentum For the second quarter, HeartFlow posted an adjusted loss of 7 cents per share, handily beating Wall Street estimates for a loss of 13 cents per share.

Total revenue reached $64.1 million, reflecting a robust 48% year-over-year increase.

This top-line expansion was spearheaded by strong adoption in the U.S. market, where revenue grew 51% to $59.6 million, supported by higher case volumes in its FFRCT and Plaque diagnostic solutions.

Additionally, gross margins expanded significantly to 83.0% on a GAAP basis and 83.3% on a non-GAAP basis, driven by AI-powered operational efficiency and increased procedure volume.

Management Commentary and Full-Year Outlook HeartFlow’s executive leadership highlighted the underlying strength across its product portfolio and scalable operational model. “The second quarter reflects the growing strength of HeartFlow’s category leadership and unique AI technology platform for identifying, diagnosing, managing and treating coronary artery disease,” said John Farquhar, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Our FFRCT business remains strong and durable, while Plaque is rapidly emerging as a meaningful second growth engine… At the same time, record gross margin and improving operating leverage demonstrate the increasing scalability of our model, giving us greater confidence in long-term, profitable growth,” Farquhar added.

Bolstered by these results, HeartFlow raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to between $246 million and $250 million, up from its prior forecast of $228 million to $232 million.
