MarineMax agrees to be acquired by Safe Harbor Marinas

Safe Harbor Marinas has agreed to acquire MarineMax for $53 per share in cash, valuing the marina operator and boat retailer at about $1.5 billion enterprise value.

The deal is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.

If completed, MarineMax will become privately held, and its shares will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.

Teledyne Technologies (NYSE: TDY ) has agreed to acquire Varex Imaging (NASDAQ: VREX ) for $18.90 per share in cash, valuing the transaction at approximately $1.1 billion, including Varex’s equity awards and net debt.

The deal is expected to close in early 2027, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Etoro Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: ETOR ), the trading and investing platform, is acquiring TradeZero, a U.S.-focused online brokerage serving active traders.

The transaction is expected to close during the first half of 2027.

Xylem (NYSE: XYL ) has agreed to acquire Cornell Pump and Roper Pump from Indicor for $1.46 billion.

The deal expands its industrial water business and exposure to growth driven by infrastructure investment and industrial modernization.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval.

Dynatrace (NYSE: DT ) has agreed to purchase AI observability company Arize in a cash-and-stock deal valued at $915 million, expanding its capabilities to help customers monitor and improve AI applications from development through production.

The deal is expected to close later this quarter or early in Dynatrace’s third quarter.

Private Equity Thoma Bravo agreed to take specialty insurance marketplace Accelerant private in an all-cash transaction valued at about $4.4 billion, Shareholders will receive $20.25 per share, a 49% premium to the Aug.

The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
