US futures mixed; EUR/USD rises, WTI edges higher

US index futures are mixed, with S&P 500 down 0.19%, Nasdaq 100 down 0.29%, Dow down 0.22% and Russell 2000 up 0.27%, while EUR/USD rises 0.43% and WTI is up 0.18% at 81.4.
