For comprehensive financial data and transcripts, visit Access the full call at Summary PowerCompute reported total revenue of $2.1 million for Q2 2026, a 9.8% increase year-over-year, driven by an increase in Bitcoin mining activities.

The company is transitioning its business model to include hosting, AI infrastructure, and high-performance computing, leveraging its 26 megawatts of owned power capacity.

A proof-of-concept deployment with a single GPU was initiated, aimed at gaining operational experience in AI compute, with future revenue potential estimated between $20 to $50 million annually upon full buildout.

PowerCompute refinanced its debt with Arch Lending, reducing interest expenses and allowing the company to retain Bitcoin holdings as collateral.

Net loss for the quarter was $4.6 million, largely due to losses on digital assets and increased interest costs, compared to a net income of $100,000 in the prior year.

Management emphasized the strategic importance of low-cost power and the potential market for AI compute, while also focusing on liquidity management and operational scaling.
