US futures mixed as dollar slips, crude edges higher

In currencies, the dollar index is down 0.04 percent.
EUR/USD is up 0.05 percent, USD/JPY is down 0.05 percent, and GBP/USD is up 0.03 percent.
WTI crude is at 81.34, up 0.11 percent, and Brent crude is at 87.11, up 0.05 percent.
