Management Outlines Strategy for Accelerating Growth Leadership emphasized strong tailwinds and an improved balance sheet following ERock’s $400 million IPO in June, ending the second quarter with $626.6 million in unrestricted cash and zero debt. “We believe AI infrastructure is fundamentally reshaping power markets, and the need for rapid, utility-grade power continues to accelerate,” stated Chief Executive Officer John Carrington.
