Why are FGI shares rallying? Q2 Financial Highlights and Strong Earnings Beat The company reported adjusted earnings of 60 cents per share, beating consensus analyst estimates of 43 cents per share and reversing an adjusted loss of 61 cents per share from the prior-year period.
Quarterly revenues increased 2.9% year-over-year to $31.89 million, driven by a 20.3% revenue jump in the U.S. market, though falling short of top-line estimates.
Gross profit rose 22.5% to $10.7 million as gross margin expanded by 530 basis points to 33.4%.
Management Commentary and Reaffirmed Full-Year Guidance Chief Executive Officer Dave Bruce emphasized that while market conditions remain uncertain due to tariffs, strategic investments in the company’s Brands, Products and Channels strategy continue to drive momentum.
Chief Financial Officer Jae Chung noted disciplined cost controls, with operating expenses falling 2.9% year-over-year, alongside ongoing efforts to optimize warehouse operations.
For fiscal 2026, FGI reaffirmed its revenue guidance of $134 million to $141 million.
The guidance midpoint of $137.5 million comfortably exceeds consensus estimates of $135.28 million.
