CorMedix tops Q2 estimates, raises adjusted EBITDA guidance
CorMedix Inc. reported second-quarter adjusted EPS of 29 cents and revenue of $101.9 million, both above consensus, and raised adjusted EBITDA guidance while reaffirming fiscal 2026 sales guidance.
CorMedix Inc. (NASDAQ: CRMD ) shares are rising on Thursday after the company reported strong second-quarter results.
The broader market was also slightly higher, with S&P 500 futures up 0.2%.
The biopharmaceutical company reported adjusted earnings of 29 cents per share, topping the 25-cent consensus estimate.
Revenue more than doubled year over year to $101.9 million, beating the $95.6 million consensus.
Revenue included $66.1 million from DefenCath and $35.8 million from the acquired Melinta portfolio.
DefenCath sales rose year over year, driven largely by the onboarding of a large dialysis organization in mid-2025.
Adjusted EBITDA jumped to $58.7 million from $22.4 million a year earlier.
CorMedix Advances REZZAYO Expansion Plans On Thursday, CorMedix announced a collaboration with Mundipharma.
The company anticipates FDA submission of the sNDA for an expanded indication of REZZAYO for the prophylaxis of invasive fungal disease in the third quarter of this year.
Provided the application is accepted for FDA review, the company anticipates agency action on the application in the first half of 2027.
Reaffirms 2026 Sales Guidance CorMedix reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 sales guidance of $325 million-$345 million compared to the Wall Street estimate of $334.089 million.
The company increased its adjusted EBITDA guidance to $125 million to $140 million, from $115 million to $135 million.
