Dow Jones opens 0.23% higher as Cisco, Chevron lag

The Dow Jones Index is up 122 points, or 0.23%, on Thursday, with Walt Disney (+1.10%), Microsoft (+1.06%) and McDonalds (+0.92%) leading gains and Cisco Systems (-9.01%) among biggest decliners.
