DAX opens 0.40% higher as Fresenius leads gainers

The DAX Index is up 105 points, or 0.40%, on Thursday, with Fresenius, Qiagen NV and Commerzbank among the top gainers while Brenntag, BASF and Hannover Rueck lag.
