SMCI Beats Q4 Earnings Estimates

Super Micro Computer reports Q4 EPS of $1.70, beating the consensus estimate of 62 cents

Super Micro Computer Inc. (NASDAQ: SMCI ) on Tuesday reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings and issued strong first-quarter guidance.

Super Micro reported quarterly earnings of $1.70 per share, which beat the consensus estimate of 62 cents, according to Pro data.

Quarterly revenue came in at $11.12 billion, which missed the Street estimate of $12.33 billion, but nearly doubled the $5.76 billion from the same period last year. "Our Total AI/IT Solutions strategy continues to deliver strong results, we added several hundred enterprise and other customers in the past year, generated more than $60 billion in new orders, and booked record backlog entering fiscal 2027," said Charles Liang, CEO of Super Micro.

Super Micro expects first-quarter adjusted EPS of $1.01 to $1.10, versus the $0.72 analyst estimate, and expects revenue in a range of $14.5 billion to $15.5 billion, versus the $12.02 billion estimate.

Super Micro Computer shares gained 9.2% to $34.53 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Super Micro Computer following earnings announcement.

Barclays analyst Tim Long maintained the stock with an Equal-Weight rating and raised the price target from $38 to $39.

Wedbush analyst Matt Bryson maintained the stock with a Neutral and raised the price target from $34 to $40.

Needham analyst N.

Quinn Bolton reiterated the stock with a Buy and maintained a $46 price target.
