NCMI Posts Q2 Loss, Misses Estimates

U.S. stock futures were mostly higher this morning, with the Nasdaq 100 futures gaining more than 150 points on Wednesday.

Shares of National CineMedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCMI ) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter financial results.

Also, the company acquired Captivate Holdings.

National CineMedia reported quarterly losses of 10 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of losses of 9 cents per share.

The company reported quarterly sales of $58.400 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $59.954 million.

National CineMedia shares dipped 16.4% to $3.17 in pre-market trading.

United States Antimony Corporation (NYSE: UAMY ) declined 13.6% to $5.70 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter financial results and cut its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.

Borr Drilling Limited (NYSE: BORR ) fell 9.9% to $3.84 in pre-market trading after the company reported weak quarterly results.

Absci Corporation (NASDAQ: ABSI ) dipped 8.9% to $8.57 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected quarterly financial results.

AbCellera Biologics Inc. (NASDAQ: ABCL ) declined 7% to $9.08 in pre-market trading after announcing a proposed public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants.

Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC ) fell 6.1% to $8.67 in pre-market trading.

Entravision Communications shares dipped 21% on Tuesday after the company reported second-quarter financial results.

Nayax Ltd. (NASDAQ: NYAX ) fell 3.8% to $51.82 in pre-market trading after dropping 13% on Tuesday.

Alcon Inc. (NYSE: ALC ) declined 3.4% to $72.87 in pre-market trading.

Alcon shares gained over 2% on Tuesday after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial result and raised its FY26 adjusted EPS guidance above estimates.

NetEase, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTES ) declined 3.4% to $123.53 in pre-market trading.

NetEase will report second quarter 2026 financial results on Aug.
