NCMI Posts Q2 Loss, Misses Estimates
National CineMedia reports quarterly losses of 10 cents per share, missing the analyst consensus estimate of 9 cents per share
U.S. stock futures were mostly higher this morning, with the Nasdaq 100 futures gaining more than 150 points on Wednesday.
Shares of National CineMedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCMI ) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
Also, the company acquired Captivate Holdings.
National CineMedia reported quarterly losses of 10 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of losses of 9 cents per share.
The company reported quarterly sales of $58.400 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $59.954 million.
National CineMedia shares dipped 16.4% to $3.17 in pre-market trading.

Alcon shares gained over 2% on Tuesday after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial result and raised its FY26 adjusted EPS guidance above estimates.
NetEase, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTES ) declined 3.4% to $123.53 in pre-market trading.
