Fermi, Hillcore Partner on 2.6 GW Power Complex
Fermi and Hillcore sign agreement for 2.6 GW power complex, doubling Project Matador capacity to 4.8 GW
5 GW of natural gas generation and ~100 MW of solar-storage capacity. · Hillcore will finance, build, own and operate the facility, with Fermi expecting no upfront capital expenditure under the BOOT structure. · The initial 350 MW power block targets first power within 24 months, while Fermi will purchase power as customer leases are signed.
